We all have fears. Fear about what people think about us. Fear about doing something we never done before.
It’s normal to have fears. Without fears we wouldn’t have survived a long time ago. A lot of us are so worried what people might think if we do something that is different or if we follow our dreams. Think about how many times Fear has stopped you from doing something you really wanted to do? How many times it has stopped you and then you see someone else doing it instead. How did it make you feel? Why are so many of us so afraid to follow our dreams and do what we want to do. Instead we settle with less. We go to the job we don’t like or we follow someone elses dream. Because that is easier. But you go around with that feeling of emptiness.
Fear can be amazing!
When you feel scared it’s usually because you are on your way to step out of your comfortzone. Don’t get me wrong, of course I mean “good” fear. For example to follow a dream, talk in front of people or maybe making a video. So be scared, challenge that fear and go after what you want. It just means you are on your right way and you will grow a lot as a person. And every time you challenge that fear it will get easier and easier. In the beginning it will be tough. I listened to a woman who was telling us about how she never have done a facebook live. She was so nervous but she did it. Afterwards it felt amazing. She was so happy knowing that she actually did it. So take that jump and do what ever it is that makes you scared and you will be on your way to success.
