Do you find it difficult to be healthy? It feels like you have to think about everything but you don’t have the time. And to be healthy I also mean healthy on the inside. A lot of us thinks that healthy is just working out and eating right but it is also wellness. How we take care of ourselves. Here are some examples on how you can feel better especially in the mornings when you are in a hurry:
To have a good night sleep and going to bed around the same time every night is a great routine. You don’t feel as stressed and your body will not be as sensitive to infections. If you are working out sleep is really important. Especially if you want results. So 7 – 9 hours is great! And I think that you will look amazing if you’re not going around being tired.
Prepare everything the night before work
Prepare your breakfast. It can be a smoothie and a boiled egg. Lay out the clothes you are going to wear. Do what you can so you don’t have to be stressed in the morning. You just get up do what you need to do and go. You can also pack your gym bag so its ready for you when you leave for work.
Live in the moment
When you are eating breakfast. Or taking your kids to school be in the moment. Don’t look at your phone or get distracted by things. Take care of this moment you have now. You will only get stressed if you check the phone and it will feels like the time go by so fast and you will end up stressed.
Don’t forget to breathe. Trust me it will make you feel better if you stop and just breathe. You will feel more relaxed. You know the saying when they say that you should stop and count to ten if you get mad. Well, it’s true. If you just stop and breathe for a moment it will feel better.
Drink a lot of water during the day. Start your day with warm water and a few drops of lemon. It has a cleansing effect.
