I have to admit I’m not doing yoga as often as I should. BUT tonight I went to a yoga class. That happened because the instructor wanted me to bring a oil to the class. She was going to do heart chakra yoga. AND WOW, it was amazing. This happens every time, I’m feeling awesome and loving it BUT don’t continue to do it. It’s so easy to do at home.
Using Essential oils when doing yoga. Have you tried it? It enhance the uplifting experience of yoga. This time I brought Geranium. Its an oil that was used by the Egyptians for promoting beautiful and radiant skin. Just the thought of that is cool. And now it is used to treat acne. Funny thing is that I didn’t know much about this oil until today. The yoga instructor wanted me to use it because its one of the oils you use for the heart chakra. So I thought I better study and learn more about it just in case someone ask me about it. And I was surprised about how much it does for you. The aroma help lessen feelings of stress and calm nerves. It will give your hair a radiant and healthy glow. Just a few drops in your shampoo or conditioner. You can keep the insects away by adding a drop on a cotton ball. And it’s also an antibacterial oil so if you get a cut or hurt in another way you can add a drop on it as well. There is also a lot more you can do with it of course. But using Essential Oils, think about what oil you’re getting. That’s very important because you don’t want a lot of chemicals in it.
Back to yoga class. As I mentioned this class made me feel so good and I was so happy I went. Since it’s easy to do at home I have decided to get up a little earlier every morning and start my day by doing some morning yoga. Hopefully I will keep doing it for a long time.
