Yoga and my mindset

I went to a yoga class last night. And after that class I started thinking about yoga and what it has done to me. As I mentioned before I started to have morning yoga as a routine. And I have now done  it for two weeks. So what has happened to my body after I started doing my yoga?

I have actually felt that things has happened. You know when you feel that there is something different but you can’t put your finger on it. But yesterday it hit me. My mindset, I’m not as stressed as I used to be. Especially in the mornings and I’m telling my son to get ready. Usually I’m going crazy because I have to tell him like 10 times and when he is getting ready it is going SLOWLY. Now I can handle that so that feels great. I have also noticed that I’m more calm and more in balance. And Another great things, I starting to feel some muscles I haven’t felt before. Yay, to that right? So if you feel that you need more balance and feeling less stressed. Yoga is the thing for you. I have trouble breathing so that’s another thing yoga is helping me with.

Here are some benefits I heard about yoga:

Improves your balance

Helps you to sleep better

Gives you peace of mind.

Gives you inner strength

And it gives you a better focus.

And I only mentioned a few things, I know there’s a lot more benefits. Start with a few minutes of yoga a day and you will start to feel a difference.
