People don’t get enough sleep. If they did, they wouldn’t have to sleep on the train or bus during their commute. Hopefully, people who drive to work don’t attempt the same, although sometimes people do fall asleep at the wheel.
Stress is as much a mental issue as a physical one and it is important to know how to soothe and clear your mind. Sometimes it can be difficult to let go of things when you get home at night. Or you find yourself dreaming about work or other stressful situations each night.
How would you define your personal character? How would others definite your personal character? Persistence is really all about faith and belief. If you are working on big plans for your life, there is a very good chance that you are going to face obstacle after obstacle.
Mindset is everything. A lot of us grow up with a very bad mindset, but you can get out of it.
Life happens. Good things happen and bad things happen. They happen to everyone and seemingly in a totally random set of events and circumstances.
Some people view life as a set of choices with varying degrees of risk. They then make choices based on risk mitigation rather than potential gains.

Why is the focus only on new things when it comes to our kids and when they are about to start school? Why isn't it more focus on their inner health? And their mindset?
Some people are totally in touch with what's important and their lives have so much meaning and abundance. The majority of people, unfortunately, have lost touch with this part of themselves.
If we are completely honest with ourselves, every one of us has come up short when it comes to finding plans that work. In fact, in most cases, when we have a new idea that we want to implement in our lives, our first attempts almost always falls short. But NEVER give up.
