On my health journey I'm also thinking about the mental health. That's why I have started my morning yoga routine. Hmm well soon it will be a routine, not really there yet since I started doing it this week. Have you thought about how hard it is to say no?
I went to a yoga class tonight and got inspired. I love yoga but don't do it as often. But since I'm on a journey I decided to start doing it every morning.
After being away from my healthy way of living I'm discovering a whole new world of amazing products.
Does a cold have to stop you from being healthy? It's easy to stop thinking about what you are putting into your body when you're sick. But it doesn't have to be that way.
So I have decided that I will focus for one month on health and beauty. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle but the last year I have been cheating a lot on myself. You are more than welcome to join me on my journey
Is it possible to create a better mood for yourself? Can you do it for others? If it is possible, why isn’t everyone always happy? It seems being happy is preferable to being in a bad mood.
Some weekends can be pure magic. You meet people that really touch your heart and you learn a lot. That's what happened to me this weekend.
Do you know that you can create your own feelings? That you can make yourself sick? It's pretty interesting when you think about it. How you can decide for yourself how to feel. No one can touch you unless you want them too. For example, let's say that you have blonde hair. And you meet someone who says that you are so ugly in your purple hair. How would you feel? You would probably be like... eeehhmmm okay.. and think that they are just being crazy. BUT if you're having a bad hair day and someone make a bad comment about your hair you would probably get upset. Am I right? That's because your thoughts created your feelings.
How come its so hard for some men to be with an independent woman? Can a woman really be to strong?
I'm so fascinated about how people hide behind words and excuses. That it can be so hard to admit if you have done something wrong or if you simply don't like someone.
